Super-Easy Chicken Pie

  • Boil and debone chicken (TIP: I will do several chickens on a weekend and then freeze in ziploc bags labeled "1 Deboned Chicken". Great time saver).
  • Place chicken into prepared 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  • In bowl, combine broth, soup and eggs. (Any vegetable you want to add can be added here as well).
  • Pour mixture over chicken.
  • In bowl, combine flour, milk and butter.
  • Pour over chicken/soup mixture.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. (this can also be frozen prior to cooking for later use).
