  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place two 18" pieces of tinfoil shiny side together.
  3. Fold 1/4" over along the entire length of one side.
  4. Then fold again.
  5. Open the tinfoil to make one large sheet and place on a large cookie sheet or baking pan.
  6. Place the ribs in a single layer on the foil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  7. Flip and sprinkle with a second teaspoon of garlic powder.
  8. Close the tinfoil over the ribs and double fold to seal.
  9. Close both ends and double fold.
  10. Bake for one hour.
  11. Remove the ribs from the foil and cut into individual ribs.
  12. Place in a large casserole dish and cover with the sparerib sauce.
  13. Place the lid on the casserole or cover with tinfoil.
  14. Bake for 70-80 minutes or until very tender.
  15. Before serving, stir to coat with sauce.
