Super Easy Sweet & Sour Pork Meatballs

"This was my sister's and I favorite recipe when we were little. We used to help mom make the meatballs. It is very fast and easy to make. you can freeze leftover portions for lunch at the office. You can easily double the recipe. Bon appetit!"

  • Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, milk, eggs& salt Make 24 small meatballs, you can use a small ice cream spoon to make them even Place into a baking dish (9"x13") Prepare sauce by mixing brown sugar, vinegar, water and dried mustard.
  • Pour over meatballs.
  • Bake at 325F, 40 minutes Serve over rice.

  1. I was also going to post this recipe. I love these meatballs. I always add 1Tbsp Worchestershire sauce to the meat mixture and skip the salt. Sometimes I also make a little more sauce. For US measurements, its 1 lb ground ham, 1 1/2 lb ground port
     
  2. This is a recipe I was going to post....so glad I didn't have to! These meatballs are delicious. The only thing I do differently is to make them smaller and serve them in a chafing dish as an appetizer. Great to use up left-over ham.
