- 550 g ground ham
- 450 g ground pork (or veal for less fat)
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt

Sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried mustard
directions
- Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, milk, eggs& salt Make 24 small meatballs, you can use a small ice cream spoon to make them even Place into a baking dish (9"x13") Prepare sauce by mixing brown sugar, vinegar, water and dried mustard.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bake at 325F, 40 minutes Serve over rice.
