  • 2 (10 ounce) packages Boboli pizza crusts
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) packageshredded taco cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
  • 6 cups nacho cheese flavor Doritos (from 16 oz pkg)
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) cansliced black olives, drained
  • 1 cup Cheez Whiz (from 15 oz jar)
  • 1 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 scallions, sliced, 1/2 c
  • guacamole, and fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Place pizza crusts on two baking sheets. Spread each crust with about 2 1/2 tablespoons taco sauce, then 1/4 cup taco cheese.
  2. Toss beans with remaining taco sauce. Dividing equally, top pizzas with bean mixture, tortilla chips and olives. Stir remaining 1 cup taco cheese into cheez whiz; drizzle over pizzas. Sprinkle with tomato. Bake until hot and bubbly, 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with scallions. If desired, garnish with guacamole and cilantro.
