Super Meal Breakfast Salad

“This salad is a a great start to your day! Just sweet enough, and loaded with great nutrients! Serve it with a whole grain english muffin or oatmeal to add some great "grains" to round out the meal. I use "California Style" cottage cheese. If you don't have agave nectar, feel free to substitute honey or maple syrup!”
