I have tried and retried too many salt free bread recipes. Some crumble, some are too small for a sandwich, some are dry, some are weak, many taste like cardboard. This recipe is WONDERFUL!!! It tastes so good I can even eat it plain. It slices thin, and stays strong, but not heavy. I make dough in a bread maker. Then kneed it for a minute or two. Coat a bowl with cooking spray, cover with plastic, let it rise and hour or two, knead it again for a few minutes. If it is too stick (which rarely happens), I put a tiny bit of flour on the board. If it feels dry, I(which rarely happens) just wet my hand and knead. I put it in a greased bread pan, let it rise again. When it is above the top, I bake for 35 minutes at 350 (internal temp 190). Turn it out to cool. It is soooooo very good.
