Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 fresh strawberries, stemmed
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 12 banana, frozen is best
  • 12 teaspoon spirulina
  • 12 cup frozen blueberries
  • 12 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, ground
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (I use rice protein)
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in the blender pitcher and puree to desired consistency. Drink up!
