  1. Preheat oven to 325 dg.
  2. In mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and eggs.
  3. Add sugar and lemon juice and beat until very fluffy. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
  4. Beat together sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake at 325 dg. for 25 minutes Cool and enjoy.
  6. Note: You may cover top of this cheesecake by using cherry or blueberry pie filling or drained canned fruit of your choice.
