Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 7 -10 white corn tortillas, roughly shredded
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, mixed with 3/4 can of water
  • 1 (4 ounce) canned diced green chiles
  • 2 -3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In the bottom of a 9x13 inches glass baking dish, pour 1/3 of the soup mixture and spread evenly. Layer with 1/2 of the shredded tortillas, chicken, chiles and cheese. Repeat layers again, beginning with soup mix until you've made 2 layers.
  3. Bake for 20- 30 minutes or until heated through.
