Super Simple Chicken Tortilla Casserole

"This is a simplified version of your regular chicken tortilla casserole. Really delicious! The canned chilis make all the difference. Also cheap and very easy to make because it only uses 5 ingredients."

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 7 -10 white corn tortillas, roughly shredded
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, mixed with 3/4 can of water
  • 1 (4 ounce) canned diced green chiles
  • 2 -3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In the bottom of a 9x13 inches glass baking dish, pour 1/3 of the soup mixture and spread evenly. Layer with 1/2 of the shredded tortillas, chicken, chiles and cheese. Repeat layers again, beginning with soup mix until you've made 2 layers.
  • Bake for 20- 30 minutes or until heated through.
