"This recipe comes from my DH's grandmother. Over Christmas she gave me two recipes one for old fashion fudge and then this super simple recipe. I made both and the super simple recipe was voted most delicious by the entire family. Thanks for the recipe Grammie!"

My DH introduced me to Zaar which seems to be a constant resource for dinner ideas. We enjoy being creative and adventurous with food. Often, we will recreate dishes we have had at restaurants, which is quite a budget saver since I am a full-time student. Some of my favorite recipes come from a collection put together by our family as a wedding gift. Outside of family recipes it is rare that we have repeats. We try to shop local / organic and avoid canned foods if there is an alternative. We enjoy our potted herb garden and look forward to having a yard of our own to someday expand our garden.
