Super Simple Rice Pudding

"This is really simple ! Use leftover jasmine rice, or make some just for this. You can add more stuff - raising, cinnamon, etc if you want. If you have more than two cups of cooked rice, you can use more - the rice doesn't have to be exact."

  • 1. Put all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  • 2. Heat on medium, stirring constantly (I use a wire wisk) until it reaches a simmer.
  • 3. Turn the heat to low and continue to heat and stir until the rice is very soft and the pudding is thickening. Enjoy warm or cold.
