ingredients
- 2 -3 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 14 ounces water (use the can to measure)
directions
- 1. Put all ingredients in a sauce pan.
- 2. Heat on medium, stirring constantly (I use a wire wisk) until it reaches a simmer.
- 3. Turn the heat to low and continue to heat and stir until the rice is very soft and the pudding is thickening. Enjoy warm or cold.
