- 1 whole graham cracker (the big rectangle)
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (or a little more if you like)
- 3 -4 fresh strawberries, sliced
directions
- Spread cream cheese on graham cracker.
- Cover the cream cheese with sliced strawberries.
- Enjoy!

Mmmm. I used a pineapple cream cheese and added a few blueberries to the slices of fresh strawberries. What a great snack! It really does taste like cheesecake. I always have graham crackers and cream cheese in the house. A smear of fruit preserves could be used if you didn't have any fresh fruit. Yummy! Thanks for posting.

My husband and I are total nerds -- we Tivo Jeopardy every day. :-) We all love old movies, especially anything with Cary Grant, Fred Astaire, Jimmy Stewart, Myrna Loy, William Powell, etc. OH - and Andy Hardy movies - they're the best!
