  • Preheat oven to 325°F Cream butter and cream cheese in large mixing bowl. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy (about 3 min.) Slowly stir in the flour by hand, then add cranberries and white chocolate. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for about 15 minute or until light golden brown. Let cool for 5 min on cookie sheets, then finish cooling on wire rack.
  • The batter for these cookies is delicious! And since it doesn’t have eggs in it, you can nibble. It tastes like frosting. The cookies are fabulous!

  1. I made this recipe for PAC Fall 2008 and my results were.....these cookies were just a bit too sweet for me and my kids agreed too. We love the combination of cranberries and white chocolate, but for some reason, something was still missing in this recipe.

  2. I found this exact recipe on 12/21 ~ It was a 12/7/11 story by Donna Rae Scheffert for Communites@WashingtonTimes.com<br/>I made these cookies for the first time on 12/23/11. I was browsing the recipes on this site to see if it was already posted, otherwise I was going to post it. So glad to see it's here. So deserving of publication, and now one of our family favorites. We made a double batch (8 dozen). There are four cookies left since we baked four days ago. My hubby cringed everytime I passed out "his cookies". I will have to make some for the New Year!

  3. I've made these cookies several times now. My kids LOVE them. I cut the sugar to 1 1/2 cups. They go together quickly and are a delightful change of pace from oatmeal and choc. chip.

  4. Great cookie recipe. Very easy to make. They are a little overly sweet for our taste, next time I think I'll omit the white chocolate chips or at least cut in half. Loved the cranberries. Taste much better after cooling. (I think). Thanks for posting Angela.

  5. These cookies are sooooo yummy!! I made these for my family because we had no more eggs in the house and everybody loved them. Especially me! I would recommend these to anyone. Simply Delicious!! =]

My cooking comes frome the long line of chefs in the family. Both of my parents are excellent cooks, as well as many members of my family. I never follow the recipe, unless it's baking. I created many many recipes that my friends enjoy and often ask when I'll open my own restaurant... well...some day.... Most of my recipes are healthy. We love fish, vegetables and fruits.
