  1. Quarter tomatoes; chop onions.
  2. Cut up red and green peppers and cucumbers.
  3. Place tomatoes, onions, salt, and water to cover in a large kettle.
  4. Cook for 10 min
  5. Drain; do not stir.
  6. Add red and green peppers, cucumbers, celry seed, sugar, and vinegar.
  7. Cook for 20 min or until vegetables are tender.
  8. Spoon into sterilized pint jars.
  9. Seal.
