  • Pour Eagle Brand milk into medium bowl. Mix in fresh lemon juice and stir together.
  • In a seperate bowl, pour cream into medium bowl. Beat cream until it forms soft peaks.
  • Gently fold cream into lemon and milk mixture.
  • Pour into graham cracker crust and cover with plastic dome. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!

  3. The first time I made this it was to experiment with a different lemon pie (not merengue) and a quick and easy one. This pie got rave reviews and has become a major favorite! Like made at least 10 times since last Thanksgiving! Bravo, this one is truly a keeper.
     
  4. It is amazing to me that Borden does not have a link to this very popular pie recipe. It used to be printed inside the label of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. Thank you for putting this out there. I had lost my recipe, and, although the recipe is very easy, I was unsure of measurements of ingredients! This is fantastic!!!!
