  • 4 tablespoons sushi vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl.
  2. Add to rice, and mix well.
  3. Allow to cool before making sushi.
