Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 34 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  1. Combine water, salt, garlic salt, sugar & oregano in a small pan & heat until sugar & salt is dissolved. Let cool then add oil & vinegar. Strain through sieve into glass jar or bottle, shake well every time before you use it & keep at room temperature (not in fridge).
