Ingredients Nutrition
- 1 (12 ounce) package cheese tortellini (cooked and cooled)
- 2 chicken breasts (cooked, cooled, and shredded)
- 1 (10 7/8 ounce) can mandarin oranges (chopped with juice reserved)
- 1 cup red seedless grapes (halved)
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- salt or pepper
Directions
- 1. Mix mayo with juice from the oranges.
- 2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and pour mayo mixture over and mix well.
- *If you need more moisture (especially if you make it ahead of time) you can add a little milk.
