  1. Beat eggs until light.
  2. Add sugar; mix well.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients (butter last).
  4. Spread in a greased 8X8" pan.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle with sugar and/or chopped nuts (or top with confectioner's sugar after it is baked).
  6. Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes.
  7. It is easy to double this recipe and bake in a 13X9" pan.
  8. (Takes slightly longer to bake).
