  • Blend all ingredients except drippings. Form in small balls. Brown in drippings, shaking skillet so balls brown evenly. Cover pan tightly and steam for 15 minutes.

  1. These were very good meatballs. I served them with mashed potatoes and a sauce made of beef broth and cream cheese. The only problem was that they kept falling apart. I would add either more bread crumbs or another egg next time. Made for ZWT6.
