ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb ground beef
- 3⁄4 lb ground veal
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup grated onion
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place all the ingredients in a medium mixiing bowl and mix to combine. The mixture should be moist but able to rol into a meatball.
- Roll meatballs into a 1 inch uniform size.
- Place even on a shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Finish under the broiler for 5 minutes or until desired crust is reached.
