Swedish Meatballs

"I didn't find a recipe for Swedish Meatballs quite like this one. It is a family favorite, and pretty easy to put together! I found it many years ago in an already-old magazine. I can't always get onion gravy mix, so I use onion soup mix with a little flour added in."

  1. Made this for the tag game "My 3-Chefs Oct. 2013 and I followed the recipe exactly except for cutting it in half. I served them over mashed potatoes with a green salad. The recipe was good but I think next time I would add some minced onion and garlic, (I love those two items) and maybe some salt and pepper for more flavor...but for ease and quickness this was right on and we had a good meal. Thank you for posting.
