Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (24 ounce) bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 12 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 pinch allspice
  • 1 pinch freshly ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Pour beef stock into a large pot and put over high heat until it comes to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cream and cornstarch, reduce heat to medium and slowly add to beef stock while stirring.
  3. Add allspice, nutmeg and salt and pepper and cook just until it begins to bubble at the edges of the pot.
  4. Add frozen meatballs, stir and cover pot. Simmer covered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
