Directions

  1. Combine milk, butter and eggs.
  2. Combine sugar, salt and flour.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients to liquid ones.
  4. When cooking, place batter on Swedish fry pan, or small sided cast iron skillet.
  5. Keep mixture about 1/8" thick when poured on pan, these look somewhat like crepes.
  6. Serve warm.
