Directions

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, cover, reduced heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Uncover and cook for 3 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates, stirring frequently.
  4. Place the onion mixture in a bowl, and cool to room temperature.
  5. Stir in the plum and remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and chill.
