Sweet and Savory Ham Steak

ingredients
- 1 ham steak
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1⁄3 apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1⁄3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- salt
directions
- Combimed ingredients in small sauce pan. Simmer for 15-20 mintues.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cut ham steak into 4th or 6th and place in baking dish. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-35 mintue or untill bubbly.
