Directions

  1. Place cabbage,broccoli, carrot, green pepper, and green onions in a large glass or plastic bowl.
  2. Shake remaining ingredients in a tightly covered container.
  3. Pour over vegetables; stir.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, stirring several times, until chilled.
  5. Serve with a slotted spoon.
  6. Store covered in refrigerator.
