directions

  • in a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
  • crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  • shape into 1 inch balls.
  • place in a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
  • bake, uncovered , at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
  • meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the first 5 sauce ingredients until smooth.
  • add onion.
  • bring to a boil.
  • cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  • drain meatballs.
  • top with sauce.
