“I made this recipe up from other Sweet and Sour recipes while I was living in Ethiopia. Ingredients were scarce so I had to use basic ingredients we had available. This recipe can probably be made using things already found in a typical American kitchen. It's both simple and delicious! Hope you enjoy!”

  1. Meatballs:
  2. Mix together Form into balls and bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes – turning half-way through the cooking time to maintain shape.
  3. Sauce:
  4. Mix together ingredients and boil. Pour over baked meatballs. Then I sort of let them meatballs simmer in the sauce for 10-15 minutes and let 'em sit there for a while after they were cooked. I also added in some pineapple chunks from the can while the meatballs were simmering. Hope you like ‘em! We sure did!
