Directions

  1. Make meatballs in usual fashion, being careful not to overwork or they will be tough. Brown in frypan 'til no longer pink in the centre.
  2. Make sauce, simmer ingredients together, having mixed flour in gently, making sure there are no lumps. Add meatballs to sauce and allow to simmer for an hour and a half or place all in slow cooker for 4 - 6 hours on low to med. Recipe also works well with farmer sausage chunks.
  3. Enjoy.
