  • 1 (3 ounce) package chicken-flavored ramen noodles
  • 13 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 12 cup sliced almonds (or some of each) or 12 cup unsalted sunflower seeds (or some of each)

Directions

  1. Combine the flavor packet from the soup mix with the vinegar, sugar, and oil in a 2-quart or larger serving bowl.
  2. Using a whisk, beat until well blended.
  3. Add the broccoli slaw and ramen noodles, breaking the noodles into small pieces.
  4. Toss well to coat with dressing, then garnish with nuts and seeds as desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
