  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium yellow pepper, cut into stripes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 12 ounces pork tenderloin, cut into pieces
  • 12 cup bottled stir-fry sauce
  • hot cooked rice
  • 1 medium orange, sliced

  • In a large nonstick skillet, cook broccoli, pepper, and onion in hot oil over medium high heat for 4 minutes or until tender crisp.
  • Transfer from skillet to a medium bowl.
  • Add pork to skillet and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until done.
  • Return the vegetables to skillet and add sauce.
  • Stir to coat and heat through.
  • Serve over rice garnished with orange sliced.

  1. This was quick, easy and tasty recipe. I added carrots and substituted a red pepper. I marinaded the pork for a couple hours in a mixture of soy sauce and orange juice. Used Iron Chef's Orange/Ginger bottled sauce. Made for ZWT #6 Family Picks!
