Directions

  1. Season both sides of the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, garlic, and red pepper.
  2. Put chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add water/stock and hot sauce.
  3. Let cook on high for 3-4 hours (depending on the sized of the breasts).
  4. Flip once half way through the cooking process.
  5. Drain water/stock from slow cooker well.
  6. Pull chicken into bbq texture using two forks.
  7. Mix in honey and sauce too taste.
