- 1 quart trader joe's apple butternut soup
- 1 head cabbage, chopped (green)
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- celtic sea salt
- cayenne pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and cook on medium low until veggies reach desired tenderness.
- Enjoy!
