  1. Season beef with salt and pepper and Brown.
  2. Add onions and remaining seasoning, cook until starting to turn clear.
  3. add apple and garbanzo beans and stir. Cook a few minutes.
  4. Add water (enough to cover ingredients in pressure cooker).
  5. Put in pressure cooker, low pressure for 40 minutes.
  6. Switch to slow cook and leave until ready to eat (1-3 hours).
  7. This recipe can also be completed on the stove top. Cook time 3 hours.
