Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cooked beet
  • 1 cup mixed berry (cranberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (I use Pure Canada)
  • 1 cup shredded kale
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Vega)

Directions
