- 1⁄4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1⁄4 cup water, hot
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red chili paste
directions
- Combine the rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, hot water, sugar, lime juice, garlic and chili paste in a blender.
- Puree until smooth.
- Pour into bowls and serve.

This sauce is nothing like the sauce at Cheesecake Factory. It is virtually all liquid whereas the real sauce is thicker..not even spicy..don't bother..we ended up using a bottled sweet chili sauce.
