Sweet Chili Meatballs

ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄3 cup onion, minced
- 4 sprigs cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
directions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chili sauce. Form into a golfball-size ball; place on a cookie sheet.
- Repeat with remaining mixture. Bake at 350F for 30- 35 minutes. Cool and freeze.
- TO SERVE: Sauté frozen meatballs in a large frying pan for 2-3 minutes, then add chili sauce and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour mixture into an ovenproof dish and heat at 350F for 15 minutes (You can use a meat thermometer to confirm that the internal temperature has reached 325F).

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
