  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chili sauce. Form into a golfball-size ball; place on a cookie sheet.
  2. Repeat with remaining mixture. Bake at 350F for 30- 35 minutes. Cool and freeze.
  3. TO SERVE: Sauté frozen meatballs in a large frying pan for 2-3 minutes, then add chili sauce and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture into an ovenproof dish and heat at 350F for 15 minutes (You can use a meat thermometer to confirm that the internal temperature has reached 325F).
