ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2⁄3 cup masa harina
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 1⁄2 cups canned corn, drained
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1⁄3 cup cornmeal
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Combine and mix all ingredients except for the corn.
- Once this is mixed completely, add in corn and mix again.
- Pour into greased casserole dish or cake pan.
- Bake until center is done (insert knife or toothpick, if it comes out clean then the middle is done) and top is golden and crispy.
