  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook onions, peppers,& zucchini in butter and herbs in an oven safe skillet until translucent.
  3. Combine corn, cream, eggs, baking powder, cornmeal, Cheddar, salt, and pepper`s in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add cubed bread and fold to combine.
  5. Pour batter into skillet, right on top of the onion mixture.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
  7. Bake 50 minutes, or until set.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
