- 1 large chicken breast
- 1⁄2 cup ranch dressing
- 1⁄3 cup frosted flakes
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Defrost the chicken breast and slice through the middle length ways and then into 4 pieces.
- Put Ranch Dressing in one small bowl. Put crunched Frosted Flakes and Parmesan cheese in another small bowl, mixed up.
- Dip the chicken in the ranch thoroughly and then coat in the Frosted Flakes/Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a flat cooking pan (making sure to spay the pan down) and cook for 45 minutes.
- Enjoy! We ate it with steamed rice, mixed veggies, and bread!
