ingredients

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
¹⁄₂ teaspoon ground red pepper
¹⁄₂ teaspoon sesame oil

directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or cup and rub full amount all over steak.
Enough for 1 1/2-2 pounds of steak.
