  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, with skin
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 6 tablespoons Dijon mustard or 6 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 6 tablespoons jalapeno jelly, preferably the red colored one
  • salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, mustard and jalapeno jelly.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and pour honey-mustard-jelly sauce over all, coating well.
  4. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour, basting occasionally, until chicken juices run clear and meat is no longer pink.
