  1. This is wonderful. We had some left over coconut milk from another recipe, so we threw it in as well. About 2/3 cup. What a flavorful drink. Thanks for sharing!

  2. Must admit I was a little reluctant to pick up on your recipe since, with those ingredients, it would be a flavor combo I'd never had before, but my adventurous side kicked in & I'm so glad it did! You have a wonderful tasting drink & a recipe that's a definite keeper! Thanks for sharing it! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]

  3. With the heat hitting into the mid 30's here this was a real treat. I made it breakfast this morning. I used fat free vanilla yogurt (what I had) and with the spice it was delicious. A great light way to start whats going to be a scorching day or any day :D.

  4. This was easy and made with ingredients I had on hand, which I always love. The turmeric added just enough color to make it pretty. The cardamom was a touch heavy for my personal taste. I used fresh spearmint from my plant. I think if I made this again I would reduce the cardamom and add some mango...because if I'm doing a lassi why not make it a mango lassi? ;)

  5. Oh my, a new favorite smoothie! This is lovely and has all those favorite ingredients: saffron, yogurt, cardamom, etc. Fresh pineapple mint from the garden was the perfect final touch. Added a small amount of local clover honey. This will be made again very soon! Reviewed for Veg Tag January.
