Ingredients: 2/3 cup milk; 1/4 cup water; 12 tablespoons instant tea powder; 1 egg; 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, cut up; 3 cups bread flour; 3 tablespoons sugar; 2 teaspoons lemon peel, finely shredded; 3/4 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom; 1 teaspoon active dry yeast or 1 teaspoon bread machine yeast

²⁄₃ cup milk
¹⁄₄ cup water
12 tablespoons instant tea powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, cut up
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons lemon peel, finely shredded
³⁄₄ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₂ teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon active dry yeast or 1 teaspoon bread machine yeast

directions

Select the 1 1/2 lb loaf size. Add the ingredients according to the manufacturer's directions, adding the tea with the liquid. Select the basic white bread cycle.
