  • Line cookie sheet with tin foil.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Spread crackers on sheet- do not let them overlap.
  • Melt the butter and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
  • Boil 1 minute.
  • Pour mixture over crackers.
  • Bake in 400 degree oven for 2 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Pour chocolate and butterscotch chips over top of tray. Spread with a spatula to blend the two until both are melted.
  • Store in fridge until firm, then break into pieces with hands.
