  • Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring until thickened. Remove from heat.
  • Spray frying pan with Pam sauté carrots and celery (onion if you like) for 1 minute. Add bell pepper, pineapple and whatever; cook 5 minutes.
  • Add sauce and cook until thoroughly heated.
  • Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
