  • Quarter cabbage and remove core. Grate the cabbage, carrots and onion in a food processor, then toss them in a large bowl. For dressing, whisk the remaining ingredients together, and toss with the vegetables, add salt and pepper and chill for two hours.

  1. Made half the recipe and went easy on the pepper. Very sweet and tangy served with a French-dip style beef sandwich. Never tried this with mustard added, very good. Thanks for sharing Dan. Made for Pick A Chef Spring 2011.
