ingredients
- 1 cup frozen sweet peas
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3⁄4 cup fat free chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons milk
- salt and pepper
directions
- Defrost peas so that they do not stick together.
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat up on the stove or microwave.
